Terms & Conditions

When booking online with us, you will accept the following Terms & Conditions

1. A booking can consist of either a single exam or a combination of exams.
2. When booking for exams the full fee must be paid. The payments made for exams are non refundable and cannot be cancelled. The exams will be made available within 24 hours of receipt of payment during normal office hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
3. If a situation arises that has not been covered by these Terms, we reserve the right to take any fair and reasonable action that we think appropriate.
4. The agreement is governed by the Laws of Malta.
